Return & Refund Policy – Laddeh Perfumes

At Laddeh Perfumes, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed. To help you choose confidently, we offer trial or decant sizes of most perfumes. If you’re unsure about a fragrance, we highly recommend ordering a sample first.

Important Notes:

  • Perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Returns or replacements are only applicable for items damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable on returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 business days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for processing any claims.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or returned at the customer’s expense.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to inspection and approval after we receive the returned item (if applicable).

Key Refund Terms:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • A 2.5% processing fee (payment gateway charges) is deducted from all refund amounts.

  • For failed online transactions, refunds are auto-processed to the original source and may take up to 7 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, as we aim to dispatch promptly.

To cancel, email your Order ID and reason for cancellation to support@laddeh.com.
After 1 hour, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Laddeh Perfumes reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock limitations

  • Pricing or product information errors

  • Quality concerns

  • Additional verification requirements
